The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a window that makes the room bright and airy. The bathroom is functional, and is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.
There is also a cellar available for storing bikes and equipment.

This apartment’s rules follow the classic Ligooria’s code:
1. Pets are NOT allowed.
2. It is forbidden to bring bicycles inside the house.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

6. Don’t disturb the neighbors between 22:00-9:00.
